Management potential as a concept of managing theory of the industrial enterprises’ restructuring

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to clarify the content of the concept of an enterprise management potential and its main components as the objects of measurement and control in the tasks of managing the industrial enterprises’ restructuring. It is shown that the concept of enterprise management potential is a natural generalization of more particular concepts of management potential of regular economic activity and management potential of enterprise development as its two main components having independent significance, and within the framework of the concept of potential in economics, as the ability to implement the inherent activity of economic entities, is the ability of the enterprise characterizing the maximum possible degree of enterprise’s economic potential utilization as well as its development potential determined without taking into account the management factor. It is proved that the measurement of the enterprise management potential should be based on the methods of measuring the economic potential and development potential of the enterprise in both full-factor and particular cases and provide the comparison of full-factor and particular levels without taking into account the management factor of the potentials of the types as specified.
