MANAGING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISES OF THE BAKERY INDUSTRY

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence and concept of «managing the effectiveness of the enterprises» as a process based on management functions, taking into accounts the tools and methods of making managerial decisions. The main external and internal factors influencing changes in the efficiency of the enterprises of the bakery industry are described. There was an analysis of economic performance of the bakery industry with different production capacities.
