মানবদেহে অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গ প্রতিস্থাপন : প্রেক্ষিত ইসলামী শরীয়াহ|Human Organ transplantation: Islamic Law Perspective

Abstract
Medical improvements have been among the major contributions of civilizational progress. Incredible developments can be seen in every aspect of medical science. This article has been written to discuss the Sharʻī perspectives of organ transplantation or replacement required for living when an organ becomes damaged or stops working in the human body. In modern medicine, during organ transplantation, three types - metal based prosthetic organs, animal organs and organs from other humans are used. The article will look at these three types of organ transplantations from the light of the view of the Islamic Sharīʻah. The methods followed are descriptive and research based. The focus is on the fact that human beings are accorded the highest dignity, and hence their needs have been given the utmost priority and importance. In this light, when organ transplantation is a necessity, the shariah allows it with certain rules and conditions, such that no life is harmed in the process. সভ্যতার উৎকর্ষের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ হিসেবে বর্তমানে চিকিৎসা শাস্ত্রেও প্রভূত উন্নতি সাধিত হয়েছে। এর প্রতিটি বিভাগ, শাখা-প্রশাখায় এসেছে বিস্ময়কর অগ্রগতি। মানবদেহের অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গ প্রতিস্থাপন তেমনই একটি বিষয়। কোনো মানুষের শরীরের কোন অঙ্গ নিষ্ক্রিয় বা নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে বেঁচে থাকার তাগিদে বিকল্প অঙ্গ প্রতিস্থাপন বা সংযোজন করার শরয়ী বিধান বর্ণনার উদ্দেশ্যে এ প্রবন্ধটি রচিত হয়েছে। আধুনিক চিকিৎসা বিজ্ঞানে অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গ প্রতিস্থাপনের ক্ষেত্রে ধাতববস্তু থেকে প্রস্তুত কৃত্রিম অঙ্গ, প্রাণীর অঙ্গ ও অন্য মানুষের অঙ্গ- এ তিন ধরনের অঙ্গের আশ্রয় নেয়া হয়। প্রবন্ধে তাই ইসলামের দৃষ্টিতে উক্ত তিন ধরনের অঙ্গ প্রতিস্থাপনের বিধান আলোচনার প্রয়াস নেয়া হয়েছে। বর্ণনা ও বিশ্লেষণমূলক গবেষণা শৈলীতে রচিত এ প্রবন্ধ থেকে প্রতীয়মান হয়েছে যে, ইসলাম মানুষকে শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের মর্যাদায় আসীন করেছে বিধায় তার সব ধরনের প্রয়োজনকে অত্যন্ত গুরুত্ব সহকারে বিবেচনা করেছে। এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় কেউ যদি অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গ প্রতিস্থাপনের মুখাপেক্ষী হয় তবে একটি নির্দিষ্ট নীতিমালা অনুসরণ সাপেক্ষে এর অনুমতি দিয়েছে, যাতে অবলম্বন থাকা সত্ত্বেও কোন মানুষের জীবন বিপন্ন না হয়।
