MATHEMATICAL MODEL WITH COMPLEX HEAT TRANSFER CONDITIONS IN THE SPHERICAL AREA

Abstract
Purpose. To construct impedance-type conditions for a homogeneous heat conduction equation in two-layer cylindrical and spherical regions at the interface of regions with different thermophysical characteristics. Methodology. The conditions of the impedance type for a homogeneous heat equation have been obtained by reducing the dimensionality of the problem, transformations, using the heat balance equation for an element of a two-layer spherical region, and using the Divergence theorem and the mean-value theorem. Originality. With dense thermal contact in mathematical models of heat transfer and diffusion in multilayer canonical and noncanonical areas, it becomes necessary to specify additional conditions at the interface between the two media. Such additional conditions may be the conditions of the impedance type. This allows us to calculate the temperature field in complex multilayer areas. The paper presents a campaign to construct impedance-type conditions for a homogeneous heat conduction problem in a cylindrical and spherical area. Practical value. The mathematical models that have been obtained in the work can be used in researches of space objects and in nuclear power engineering.
