MEANING OF CREATIVITY OF PERSONNEL IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article analyzes the concepts of “creativity” and “corporate culture” in terms of behavioral characteristics of managers and staff. The main factors that will promote or slow down the development of creative potential of individuals are outlined. Outlined place of creativity in the corporate structure and the business culture of the company.
