Mechanism of application of generally recognized principles and norms on human rights in criminal process of Russia

Abstract
Ensuring and protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens are an independent kinds of activity carried out by law enforcers. Ensuring and protection are the elements of unified mechanism of guarantee of the rights of citizens. Through ensuring and protection the rights is achieved “real carrying out civil, political, socio-economic and other rights and freedoms”, i.e. is achieved realization of generally recognized principle of respect of rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
