Mechanism of economic development of business in the regions of Ukraine

Abstract
development trends in the regions of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to develop a theoretical basis and practical recommendations (mechanism) for the economic development of business at the regional level. Methodology of work – is formalized and non–formalized methods and methods of economic analysis, namely, horizontal and vertical analysis, a system of indicators (coefficients), analytical tables and comparisons, factual method, monitoring method, market analysis and statistical analysis. The results of the work – a mechanism for assessing the economic development of business in the regions of Ukraine based on gravitational modeling, cluster analysis, and a multifactor model of multiple regression was developed, which made it possible to develop an assessment methodology and identify the strategic basis for the economic development of business in the regions of Ukraine depending on the specific development of each region. Conclusions – the proposed mechanism will allow to develop and implement not only a national, but also a regional policy to support SMEs in priority areas.
