MECHANISM OF EUROPEAN SYSTEM OF DEFENCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract
The article gives better understanding of legal mechanisms of human rights protection under modern extreme conditions of globalization. The author asserts, that under conditions of global integration and globalization of law, one can observe both the improvement of democratic institutions, and the unification of objects of the constitutional adjusting, that regulates all spectrum of public relations.
