MECHANISM OF STATE REGISTRATION OF RIGHTS FOR REAL ESTATE AND THEIR ENCUMBRANCES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the mechanism of registration of rights to real estate in Ukraine. The list of documents confirming the validity of registration (the title of ownership of a certain real estate), procedural order and ways to protect the person applying for registration; grounds for refusal are studied.
