MECHANISMS FOR ENSURING THE SAME IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NORMS OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL LAW, CONTAINING APPRAISAL CONCEPTS

Abstract
The article is researched a theoretical study of the problems of regulation and use of mechanisms for ensuring the same realization of the standards of criminal procedural law containing appraisal concepts by both professional and non-professional participants in criminal proceedings. The conclusion is substantiated that the correct understanding and realization of appraisal concepts that were used in all types of standards of criminal procedural law is useful for achieving the goals of the criminal process as a whole, the parties’ goals, as well as each individual participant in criminal proceedings. Therefore, the legislator should take care that the appraisal concepts in the criminal procedural law are used only in actual cases, when it is impossible to do without thesam.
