MECHANISMS OF THE STATE REGULATION ON THE MARKETS OF NON-BANKING FINANCIAL SERVICES OF THE FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article examines the existing models of state regulation of non-banking financial services markets, including institutional, functional, integrated models and the Twin Peaks model. The lack of an optimal model for regulating and supervising markets financial services are associated with the complexity of the optimal integration of micro- and macroregulatory regulation and consumer protection in the regulatory system. Analysis of the results of studies on the evaluation of the choice of the system of state regulation of the markets for non-banking financial services demonstrates the impossibility of applying unified approaches in the development of regulatory systems for these markets by states.
