Medical and Social Characteristic of HIV-Positive Patients with Opioid Dependence

Abstract
Results of studying medical and social characteristic of HIV-positive patients with opioid dependence are given in article. The main social and medical problems of drug-dependent patients with HIV infection are revealed. When forming management of HIV-positive patients with opioid dependence it is necessary to consider features of social functioning, the narcological and somatic anamnesis which can influence the clinical course of comorbid pathology and its outcome.
