MERCHANDISING AS A LEGAL CATEGORY (CONCEPT AND ESSENCE)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal definition of the concept and the subject of merchandising, review of the structure, the characteristics of social relations in the field of merchandising and analysis of the civil and economic rights that govern them. The conclusions and proposals of improving the legislation in this area were formulated.
