METHOD FOR AUTOMATED CAR NUMBERS IDENTIFICATION ON THE BASIS OF ONE VIEW IMAGE PROCESSING

Abstract
The method for automated plate number identification on the basis of one view image processing obtained by video recording equipment is described. The presented method allows to automate the process of identifying plate numbers in a wide angles range of observation and illumination levels.
