METHOD FOR DETERMINING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PROMISING MODELS OF WEAPONS FOR THE AIR FORCE

Abstract
The article presents investigations in the field of management of the weapons development and military equipment, the possibility of using the method of morphological analysis from the point of view of its use in practice is considered. In particular, due to the use of this method, approaches are proposed and practical solutions for certain problems of management of the development of armament and military equipment are given. The work defines the notion of factors, which include: the moment, the essential circumstances in the process or phenomenon. That is, those phenomena or processes that significantly affect the change of armament and military equipment. For the given branch it is administrative decisions, the development and realization of which entails the consequences of changes in the cost of modernization and development.
