METHOD OF ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND CONTROL IMPLEMENTATION ON THE BASIS OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article analyzes the methods of conducting economic analysis and control on the basis of financial statements of the enterprise. The main definitions of financial statements are analyzed. The composition of the financial statements, which includes the balance sheet, the statement of financial results, the statement of cash flows, the statement of equity and notes to the annual financial statements, are analyzed. The following main tasks of financial analysis are analyzed: analysis of assets and liabilities, assessment of liquidity, profitability and financial stability, analysis of turnover, cash flows, analysis of the probability of bankruptcy, comprehensive assessment of the state of the enterprise with outgoing conclusions and recommendations. The analysis of the main methods of financial analysis, which includes vertical, horizontal analysis, coefficient analysis, trend analysis and factor analysis, is presented.
