METHOD OF TRANSFORMATION OF INFORMATIVE PARAMETERS OF THE HUMAN-OPERATOR STATUS IN THE HERGATIC TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of developing an integral index of the functional state of the human operator and taking into account it in the study of the issues of the efficiency of the functioning of the ergatic systems. The possibility of using a fuzzy hybrid classifier for the definition of a generalized index of the functional state of a person-operator of mobile telecommunication systems is substantiated. Offered neuro-fuzzy network can be classified as a synchronous multi-layered heterogeneous network with local connections, but without feed-backs. The offered solution can be realized in neuro-fuzzy network, intended for the estimation of both the psychological and physiological state of man-operator and estimation of efficiency of application of technical complexes, taking into account a "human factor".
