METHОDІCAL ASPECTS ОF NОRMATІVE MОNETARY ESTІMATІОN ОF THE LANDS ОF SETTLEMENTS

Abstract
The article describes the current state of regulatory and legal support as one of the most actual and perspective directions of economic activity in Ukraine. The significance of land evaluation in the current conditions of land relations development is considered. Particular attention is paid to the monetary valuation of land settlements. The existing procedures, general stages of carrying out normative and expert monetary assessment of settlements are presented. The main problems of normative monetary evaluation of settlements settlements that require immediate solution by improving the methodology of conducting normative monetary valuation are given.
