METHODICAL TOOL FOR EVALUATING FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
Most domestic enterprises feel the lack of prompt and reliable information. The complexity of understanding and interpretation of information, from which the activity of the enterprise depends on the adoption of rational management decisions, is growing. That is why financial support of the enterprise is considered as a complex of organizational and economic measures aimed at timely meeting the needs of enterprises in cash, which includes: financial planning and financing of enterprises, receiving, storing, economical and expedient spending of money; control over their use, accounting and reporting. That is the management of the capital, activities for its attraction, placement and use. For this purpose, the enterprise management needs an effective tool for diagnosing the retrospective and current financial condition, as well as forecasting future development. The methods of theoretical generalization and empirical methods are used in the course of the research – to determine the theoretical foundations of financial security and its contents; the system and structural method is used for the allocation of methodical tools for evaluating the financial support of the enterprise. The basic principles of management of financial support of the enterprise are defined, the mechanism of management of financial support of the enterprise is proposed, the stages of determining the level of financial and investment potential of the enterprise are substantiated. Given the differences and conditions of operation of enterprises there is a need for the formation and improvement of methods for assessing the state of economic entities that are able to adequately diagnose their financial support.
