Methodological approaches of enterprises adaptation to strategic management system

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to develop methodological approaches for enterprises adapting to strategic management system using the procedures of examination and obtain expert opinion. The article is devoted to developing methods of indication of innovative activity on the basis of review procedures of technology and quality control expertise. Research methodology. Attainment of the objectives of the article made by general and special methods of investigation, analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, the dialectical approach. Results. The approach to the organization of examinations and procedures for obtaining expert assessments through the implementation of review and quality control technology expertise. To calculate the integral parameter suggested to use a weighted average arithmetic mark. The matrix of pairwise comparisons on six parameters in assessing the range 0-1 and algorithm coefficients of variation are proposed. The recommendations on valuation factors of importance are given. The practical significance of the study. The article substantiates that the assessment of the potential for the enterprise and its environment it’s necessary to add the evaluation of innovative activity of the enterprise, which can be complex (integrated) indicator of the company, which should be developed and included in the strategic management of the company by weak signals. The main scientific position paper can be used in the practice of enterprises.
