Purpose of the article is the formation of methodological approaches to creation of the risk management subsystem in a control system of the integrated industrial company. The following methods were used in the study: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparison, system approach, structuring, modeling, the ranking method, ex¬pert estimates and others. The conclusion is drawn that industrial integration should be considered as a social and economic process of merger of industrial, trade and marketing, research, informational and consulting and other organizations which directly take part in the processes of research, in production, primary and deep processing, transportation and realization of the industrial prod¬ucts, with the view of formation of highly effective and competitive products in the consumer market. Thus it is very important that this process takes place under the uniform management from the beginning and up to the end. It reaches continuity and responsibility for the end results of activity. Methodological approaches to creation of the risk management subsystem in a control system of the integrated industrial company were developed. The informational and logical model of the risk management subsystem, which consists of blocks of information, normative, help, methodological and computing characters was created, starting from the statement of purposes and tasks of creation of the risk management subsystem, and to devel-opment of anti-risk actions. The organizational and economic tools in the form of the matrix «Probability-losses», which allows to conduct a quantitative assessment of the economic losses of the integrated structure on the basis of influence of such indicators as probability of risk emergence, risk level, extent of risk influence were developed.
