Abstract
The article analyzes the scientific approaches to the methodological structure in modern forensic expertology, which has a certain hierarchy and consists of general methodological approaches; from the methods and means inherent in this branch of knowledge; methods, algorithms of activity – methods that ensure the achievement of the goal.
