METHODOLOGY OF FINANCIAL POTENTIAL PLANNING FOR ENTERPRISES IN AGRARIAN SPHERE

Abstract
Methodological basis of financial potential planning for enterprises in agrarian sphere has been considered. The basic methods and ways of financial planning, its objective functions in the sphere of economic activity have been defined. Economical essence of financial potential planning has been determined, making possible separating an object of research in the general model of financial provision. It has been substantiated that a well-defined strategy is formed during the process of planning of financial measures and an investment model of enterprise development is created. This enables to specify criteria of financial risk level minimization and to gain additional income. Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of financial measures, necessary for estimation of value of financial resources with consideration of assets available for an enterprise and demands for additional financing, have been defined
