METHODOLOGY OF RESEARCH OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the substantiation of the use of modern methodological tools for the investigation of administrative services in the field of law enforcement activity of Ukraine. The author’s definition of the relevant research methodology is given. Methodological basis of scientific knowledge is considered as an integrative three-level system, covering dialectically interconnected principles of scientific knowledge, methodological approaches and methods of scientific research. Based on the subject of the study, the author selected the necessary methodological tools. It is concluded that the methodological potential of the relevant subject of research is not exhaustive in the context of continuous development and improvement of methodological tools.
