Abstract
The article reveals the specifics of the strategy of natural monopoly – krenergo ". Scenarios for the development of the energy company are given. It is economically beneficial for the state to set a tariff for the company's services at the level. Which allows you to keep the power network in service ready. This approach makes it possible to organize a business with a high degree of responsibility. Tariff NEC Ukrenergo is not insured against the increase, but the company will receive the necessary investment resources, and the participants of the electricity market will have stable conditions for development.
