METHODS FOR ALLOCATING SEATS IN PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION SYSTEMS

Abstract
The article deals with the methods for allocating seats in proportional representation systems. Examples of using existing methods are given. Special features of different methods of determination of the electoral quota are analyzed.
