METHODS FOR ESTIMATING PRODUCT COST

Abstract
At present, characterized by high competitiveness of enterprises, there are cases in which it is necessary to reduce one resource at the expense of another, and thus to keep output unchanged. For the reduction of the production cost estimates proposed method in the production expanded by constructing a mathematical model describing the production system. The object of study is the assessment methods in the production costs. The aim article to reduce costs in the production process . Analysis of existing methods that can solve this problem showed that not all of them can be used to describe the economic dependency in production, so have a number of disadvantages. Leontief function does not monitor possible changes in capital and labor productivity, which makes it incorrect. The linear production function does not account changes in specific resource efficiency under any other resource and in the scope of the resource, what makes the model. Closer to the true characteristics of the production Cobb -Douglas is function incorrect, which implies that the ratio of the number of resources in proportion to their rate of replacement. To solve this problem the method of estimating costs at the production is expanded by constructing a mathematical model describing the production system, which allowed to reduce the time production. Recording to the fact that at fixed prices for resources cost production varies, it is necessary to calculate the costs of the resources for which the cost of production is lowest incompare to the cost of any other set of resources.
