Methods of administrative activity of public administration entities that carry out administrative and legal regulation of court apparatus in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the methods of administrative activity of subjects of public administration that carry out administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the court apparatus in Ukraine. They are understooding as practical way to implement the regulatory impact of the norms of administrative law, which is implemented by the subjects of public administration in a manner that is fixed by the form. In fact, this is a set of techniques, tools, operations and procedures used by an individual subject in order to achieve both the overall goal of administrative and legal regulation of the work of the court apparatus in Ukraine, and separately the implementation of the governing impact on certain issues of its operation.
