Methods to Improve Implementation of Innovative Projects

Abstract
In the article the promote technique of innovative projects from inception to production ideas serial production is discussed. The author shows the advantage of project management as a tool to enhance the innovation activities of the enterprise and the success of innovations based on it. Step method is divided in accordance with the basic processes of the company in the implementation of innovative projects.
