Abstract
Krylenko V.I, Kupchak V.R. Methodological basis of strategic management of energosberezenie in regional economic complexes. The article disclosed features using methodical study on the basis of strategic power management in regional economic complexes. Developed block diagram hierarchical method of strategic power management in the regions and submitted proposals for the use of indicators to measure energy efficiency and energy conservation in industry reserve regions. Key words: methods, strategic management, regional system of energy saving, energy cluster ralyvo and energy resources.
