Metody badań emisji lotnych związków organicznych z materiałów wykorzystywanych w motoryzacji

Abstract
Advantages of plastics such as among others: mechanical properties, weight, production costs and ease of molding, causes them to be basic materials of vehicles interior. In the course of plastics manufacturing and processing volatile substances are produced which later, during the use of vehicle, are released from them. As a result of volatile substances emissions in enclosed spaces, the concentration of toxic and undesirable compounds can significantly increase what may lead to, among others, unpleasant smell. This article discuss methods of testing volatile organic compounds emission from materials used in automotive industry.
