Abstract
In the article deal with the actual problems of the legal mechanism of protection of the World ocean under the auspices of the United Nations. The article explores the directions of cooperation between the member states of the United Nations in protecting of the Oceans from emissions of pollution, oil pollution and radioactive substances, etc.
