Abstract
Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме формирования механизмов регулирования экономических отношений в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве. Раскрыта несостоятельность механического переноса конкурентной среды из товарного рынка в сферу жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Обозначены ориентиры по использованию механизмов эффективного регулирования, действующих по принципу саморегулирующихся систем и удовлетворяющих интересам хозяйствующих субъектов.
