Microeconomic determinants of paymant in sector of enterprise

Abstract
The study has the task of pointing to what extent the average salary in the business sector in the Polish economy is being shaped under the influence of economic outturns of subjects. For the assessment of the degree of the relation chosen sizes describing the business sector among which they ranked will be a base: Return on Sales, indicator of the cost recovery, profitability ratio of the gross turnover, indicator of the financial liquidity and indicator of the II financial liquidity. In examining the relation before the statistical verification a Hellwiga method was used as the method for the optimization of the selection of variables to the model ekonomic for linear figure. The hypothesis which was verified in the study sounds: financial ratios deciding about the condition of the business sector to a considerable degree are contributing to the forming of pay.
