Między Konstantynopolem a Moskwą: korzenie sporu wokół ukraińskiej autokefalii

Abstract
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest ukazanie korzeni sporu między Konstantynopolem a Moskwą wokół autokefalii ukraińskiego prawosławia. Temat ten został ukazany w potrójnej perspektywie: historycznej, teologiczno-prawnej i politycznej. Przede wszystkim spór między Konstantynopolem a Moskwą wynika z różnej interpretacji historii metropolii kijowskiej i wynikających stąd rozbieżności w ocenie pozostawania tego obszaru w jurysdykcji jednego lub drugiego Patriarchatu. Z teologiczno-prawnego punktu widzenia problem polega na braku w dzisiejszym prawosławiu wspólnego stanowiska w sprawie procedury ustanawiania autokefalii. Wreszcie w kontrowersjach wokół ukraińskiej autokefalii dochodzi mocno do głosu czynnik polityczny, a mianowicie ścisłe powiązanie spraw kościelnych z interesami politycznymi Kremla oraz elit politycznych Ukrainy.
