Military diplomacy – A View from the Outsid

Abstract
This article discusses the issues of the Czech military diplomacy carriedout by military, air, naval or defence attachés accredited in foreigncountries in order to uphold the national security and defence interests.The main emphasis of this article is put on the evaluation of current stateand legal bases of military diplomacy of the Czech Republic. The articleaims to identify and analyse the challenges (1) the Czech diplomacy iscurrently faced with and to propose viable solutions (2) which couldpossibly contribute to better coordination and effectiveness of the Czechmilitary diplomacy.
