Journal Title: Relații Internaționale Plus - Year 2018, Vol 1, Issue 13
Abstract
The need to carry out institutional reforms within the ministerial administration can be expressed in a multidimensional way: through legal, economic, sociological, technological and institutional aspects, which in turn are in a unique dynamics and permanent interaction. Under current conditions, the ministerial administration, in its sense of activity, is made up of all the legal and material activities aimed at achieving the general interest of the society, focusing on the different spheres related to the socio-cultural, socioeconomic, administrative-political sphere, including that which is related to external relations, having also the criterion of responsibility, to organize and apply in concrete terms the appropriate law and in compliance with certain standards related to the decision-making mechanism. In our situation, the Republic of Moldova is already determined to continue the pro-European path by launching the process of structural and managerial reorganization of the Government, in which branch ministries, in particular, will benefit from these institutional reforms.
