MISES AU POINT : PRISE EN CHARGE DIAGNOSTIQUE ET THERAPEUTIQUE DES HEMATOMES PERIGENITAUX.

Abstract
Complication rare mais potentiellement gravissime, le thrombus vaginal ou l\'hematome perigenital est une complication de l\'accouchement dont la symptomatologie peut ?tre retardee. Il faut l\'evoquer devant toute symptomatologie douloureuse et/ou hemorragique du post-partum. Le diagnostic est clinique pour les formes vulvaires ou vaginales et radiologique pour les formes ? extension retroperitoneale. Son traitement est chirurgical apr?s un bilan lesionnel initial precis et une reanimation appropriee. Une embolisation arterielle peut ?tre associee ou plus rarement une ligature des art?res hypogastriques.
