مقايسه سوکسینیل کولین و آتراکوریوم بر شدت درد پس از آدنوتانسيلكتومي در كودكان 12-3 ساله

Abstract
چکیده: زمينه و هدف: يكي از شايع ترين اعمال جراحي كودكان آدنوتانسيلكتومي است، كه مي‌تواند مشكلات متعددي را پس از عمل به همراه داشته باشد. درد پس از عمل يكي از عوامل اصلي ايجاد كننده مشكلات بعد از عمل است، از آنجا که انتخاب نوع روش بيهوشی عمومی ممکن است بر ميزان عوارض نامطلوب پس از عمل تأثير گذار باشد لذا اين مطالعه با هدف مقايسه سوكسينيل كولين و آتراکوريوم بر شدت درد پس از آدنوتانسيلکتومی در کودکان انجام شد. روش بررسی: در اين مطالعه (كارآزمايي باليني) 80 بيمار كانديد عمل آدنوتانسيلكتومي با دو روش بيهوشي عمومي، بيهوش شدند. براي شلی عضلانی در يک گروه از آتراكريوم و براي گروه ديگراز سوكسينيل كولين استفاده شد. براي اندازه‌گيري شدت درد پس از عمل از آزمون اوخر و برای تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات به دست آمده از آزمون چند متغيري مشاهدات تكرار شده استفاده شد. يافته ها: ميانگين شدت درد پس از عمل (05/0p
