مقایسه ظرفيت آنتي اكسيداني تـام سرم و بـزاق بيمـاران مبتلا به ديابت نوع II با گروه کنترل

Abstract
چکیده: زمينه و هدف: در بدن انسان تعدادی سيستم های خاص برای مقابله با آسيب های حاصل از راديکال های آزاد وجود دارد که بنام سيستم دفاع آنتی اکسيدانی معروفند. در بعضی از بيماري های انسان، اين سيستم هاي دفاعي می توانند تغيير يابند و ممکن است اين تغيير در تشخيص و يا سير بيماري هاي مختلف مورد استفاده قرار گيرد. ديابت يكي از مهمترين بيماري هاي شايع مزمن است كه گفته شده ظرفيت آنتی اکسيدانی در آن تغيير می کند. لذا اين تحقيق با هدف تعيين و مقايسه ظرفيت آنتي اکسيدانی سرم و بزاق بيماران ديابتي در مقايسه با افراد غير ديابتي انجام شده است. روش بررسی: در يك مطالعه توصيفي ـ تحليلي 42 نفر از بيماران ديابتيك نوع II مراجعه كننده به مركز ديابت اراك به عنوان گروه مورد با 42 نفر گروه شاهد كه از لحاظ سن و جنس با افراد مورد همتا بودند از نظر ظرفيت آنتی اکسيدانی سرم و بزاق مقايسه شدند. ظرفيت آنتی اکسيدانی در سرم و بزاق با استفاده از روش FRAP (Ferric Reducing Ability of Plasma) اندازه‌گيري شد. يافته ها: ميانگين و انحراف معيار ظرفيت تام آنتي اكسيداني سرم و بزاق در افراد مورد به ترتيب 087/.62/2 و 110/.90/1 ميکرومول در ميلی ليتر (001/0p
