مقایسه¬ی الگوها و اختلالات مصرف مواد در جمعیت روستایی و شهری

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: مطالعات شیوع مصرف مواد در جمعیت روستایی و شهری کشورهای مختلف، بسته به روش مطالعه، جامعه¬ی آماری، گروه سنی، ابزارهای اندازه¬گیری نتیج متفاوتی دارند. هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه¬ی الگوها و اختلالات مصرف مواد در جمعیت روستایی و شهری شهرستان مشهد است. مواد و روش¬كار: در این مطالعه توصیفی با روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس از میان بیماران مراجعه¬کننده به کلینیک¬های ترک اعتیاد شهر مشهد دو گروه شامل 110 نفر شهری و نفر100 روستایی انتخاب شدند. نمونه¬ها با استفاده از مصاحبه بالینی ساختار یافته¬ی راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانی (SCID) و پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیك مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده¬ها با استفاده از آزمون¬های 2χ و t مستقل مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته¬ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه از لحاظ وضعیت زناشویی(001/0=p)، سطح تحصیلات(001/0=p)، درآمد(002/0=p) تفاوت معنی¬دار وجود داشت. همچنین نمونه¬ها در سابقه ترک(001/0=p) و تشخیص وابستگی و سوء مصرف نیکوتین(005/0=p)، حشیش(007/0=p) و الکل(002/0=p) در طول عمر تفاوت معنی¬دار داشتند. نتيجه¬گيري: جامعه¬ی شهری و روستایی تفاوت¬هایی در الگوهای مصرف مواد دارند که می¬تواند از تفاوت بافت اجتماعی آن¬ها نشات بگیرد. ]م ت ع پ ز، 13(1): 41-36 [ كلیدواژه¬ها: الگو¬های مصرف مواد، اختلالات مصرف مواد، سوء مصرف و وابستگی مواد، روستایی، شهری
