MNC AS A MODERN REGULATOR OF INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL FLOWS INTO THE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL MARKET

Abstract
The article indicates that in the national agricultural market, along with global multinational corporations, there arisen the Ukrainian enterprises that carry out functions of multinational enterprises. The Ukrainian food, chemical, oil and gas industries are still the most attractive to global corporations. However, economic weakness and political uncertainty in the country during the 2013–2014 had negative consequences for some of them. At the same time, in 2014 a profit of the 200 largest agricultural producers in the country has increased by 22% compared to 2013. This indicates the investment attractiveness of the industry. It is studied that the current functional and sectored specifics of MNC activities has an outrunning activity of international capital movements and not goods and financial services. It is specified on the negative features of investment process of corporations because under conditions of worsening economic situation of the country, the capital is actively taken out the native country. This complicates the poor state of the economy because it reduces working places and consequently increases unemployment. Also, there is a fall at the general level of population support.
