Model for the formation of a positive image of a teacher of higher education

Abstract
The article defines the psychological and pedagogical bases of formation of the individual image of the teacher in accordance with the humanistic conception of education and the tasks of development of a competitive personality, describes the theoretical model, criteria and indicators of the effectiveness of forming a positive image of the teacher. The system of forming a positive image of a young teacher is open, as between it and the outside world there is a constant exchange of information. It can also be attributed to complex systems, since it contains many subsystems (work with student youth, the scientific community, the organization of their own teaching activities, etc.). And at the same time, it itself comes in as a subsystem for the higher order system (the system of activity of a higher educational establishment as a whole).
