Modeling competitive competences of countries on their inclusion in the global values chains based on indicators of innovative development

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose of the paper is to identify competitive competencies of countries for their inclusion in global value chains on indicators of innovation development. The article defines the priority directions of domestic business’s cooperation with transnational, taking into account the innovative component, as well as comparative analysis of the countries representing different regions of the world, regarding their degree of inclusion in the GVC for their competitive advantages in the world area. Methodology of research. Solving the problems set in the article is carried out with the help of such general scientific and special methods of research: analysis and synthesis, as well as the economic-mathematical method. Findings. For the researched countries (USA, Saudi Arabia, China, Switzerland, Japan and Ukraine), are defined priority sectors that form the added value of the corresponding the global chain, taking into account the innovative component. Practical value. The simulation’s results allow us to identify industry benchmarks for the innovation development of these countries, as well as implement foreign experience in the ukrainian economy in order to integrate it into global value chains.
