Abstract
The essence, purpose and types of basic conditions of delivery of Incoterms 2010 are analyzed. The content of ICA decisions at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is analyzed. The article analyzes the issues of application of Incoterms bases in business practice. The features of the determination of the price of a foreign economic activity contract on the basis of the Incoterms 2010 terms are analyzed and the Incoterms 2010 basic delivery conditions are modeled.
