Modelling of the situations of communicative activities as the basis of Foreign Language competence formation

Abstract
The author of this article analyses the conditions of modelling of the communicative situations and determines their roles in the formation of foreign language competence. The article deals with such terms as models and modelling, typical situations of speaking activities and learning English content. Modelling implementation in teaching procedure can solve the problem of motivation and improve the main learner’s competences, skills and abilities in the English language. English reading competence has a strong impact on the communicative competence development of students. The article offers an educational plan for teaching the English language based on such method as modelling of situations which encourages the use of a foreign language in the classroom and after-classes activities. This plan contains the information about books, films, songs, poems and topics for discussion which can help students to improve necessary English skills, comprehension, reading competence and linguistic competence. The method of modelling provides the special atmosphere and spirit of lessons when students feel relaxed and friendly. It gives the learners of the lessons new opportunities such as high selfesteem, motivation, involvement, confidence, low anxiety and enthusiasm.
