Modelowanie i analiza numeryczna procesu wykrawania elementów o zarysie krzywoliniowym z blach karoseryjnych

Abstract
Paper discussed the 3D modeling of the auto body sheet blanking with regarding curvilinear shearing line. Numerical results were done with using FEM method, and explicit method in Ansys LS-Dyna program. The states on the strains and stresses with regarding process nonlinearities were obtained. Obtained results can be used for the purpose of designing blanking process and its optimization.
