Models and procedures of organizational management of biological resources of the Earth

Abstract
Presents models and procedures of multifactorial evaluation and ranking of alternatives in systems of organizational management of Earth’s bioresrouces. An approach to simultaneous investigation of changes in resources using various units of measurement is proposed, the possible ways of optimization of resource conservation.
