MODERN PRACTICE OF LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF THE ORDER SHIPPING BY THE COURT OF THE PREVIOUS CONNECTION IN THE TERM OF CRIMINAL PENALTY

Abstract
Summarizes the scientific and theoretical views and practical measures of legal regulation of the order of transfer of pre-trial detention by the court line in time criminal penalties established causes that actualize the need for their learning and improvement in the current socio-economic and political-legal conditions of the penitentiary system of Ukraine. Considered and justified the need for criminological analysis to assess the real state of the crime, the role and place of the legislative activities of the state and public institutions for the protection of human rights in Ukraine.
