Abstract
In this work the author summarizes the scientific representations about the status of legal provision of the law-making activity of bodies and officials of the state and local self-government. A critical analysis of the legal framework of the law-making activity of bodies and officials of the state and local self-government in Ukraine was carried out. The problems and prospects of legal provision of the correlation of law-making activity of the subjects of state power and local self-government are determined.
